			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So far this has been my best summer in a long, long time!  Everything is really going well for me.  Not just in my personal life, but also with my fitness and nutrition!  I haven&#8217;t been doing a lot of weights this summer.  I have been lifting anywhere from 2 to 3 days a week.  But I have been doing a lot of cardio, mainly running, and a lot of ab work.  Yeah, it has mostly been so I can be comfortable in summer clothes and bikinis.  I figure this winter I will try to build up some more muscle to show off next year! <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been really bad about updating my blog.  I pretty much withdrew during the holidays because I basically got myself really down, mostly because it was my first holiday season since my divorce.  I had hoped that it wouldn&#8217;t be too bad, but it ended up being terrible!  My diet suffered, mostly because when I did eat it was junk.  And I basically didn&#8217;t workout at all for about 2 months.</p>
<p>Well, I am back now and working hard again.  My diet is the hardest.  It really is really hard to follow a strict eating plan.  During my 2 months away, I only gained about 7 pounds.  But I think I gained almost an inch and 1/2 around my tummy.  Ugghhhh!!!  But, that is in the past.  It&#8217;s back to clean eating and working hard in the gym!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>That it&#8217;s been over one month since I&#8217;ve posted on my blog.  Well, guess I have some catching up to do.</p>
<p>My program has been going really well.  I&#8217;m down 9 pounds, and I honestly couldn&#8217;t be happier.  I&#8217;m lifting weights 3 days a week, and my trainer said I will go up to 4 days starting in November.  I also do 4 cardio days a week, so I&#8217;m plenty busy working out.</p>
<p>I like the changes I&#8217;m making.  Physically, I feel better, and I love being able to fit into some clothes that hadn&#8217;t fit me since last year!  I may go out tomorrow and buy a skit that is just a little too snug and use it as motivation to keep working to get into it.  Actually, I like that idea&#8230;sounds like fun!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, the first week of my new program has come and gone.  I can honestly say I have NEVER been so sore in my life!  Not sure if that says more about my general condition, or just the fact that I am not really young anymore.  But I loved it.  I loved being sore.  It told me that I was working hard.  I am so excited about getting into a structured program by someone who knows what they are doing.  I&#8217;ve been reading as much as I can to learn more.  I tell you, the more I read the less I know! LOL

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Happy weekend!  Oh, I so needed the weekend.  Work was so crazy this week.  It seemed everything came at once and there was not time to even breath.  Ugh!  So hopefully they will slow down this week.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll be taking the week off from training.  My friend the trainer wants me to take the week off before starting the new program he has for me.  He does want me to concentrate on eating more often and taking in more calories.  He figured I had been taking in around 1100 calories during the week, and sometimes even less because sometimes I would only eat twice.  He wants me to try for 5 meals a day and to get around 1500 calories for now.  He said I probably need more, but that upping my calories too quickly would probably lead to too much fat gain.  So, to say the least I am nervous but very excited!
