					<description>hey... funny to see your blog this morning cause I have a party tonight to go to. A cookout w/ lots of kids and I'm sure lots of junk food. I am going to avoid all that crap food &amp;amp;#38;amp; take a health bar if I get hungry and look for some plain fruit &amp;amp;#38;amp; veggies. I don't eat meat anyway so its not like hotdogs will tempt me. I'm glad you survived your party &amp;amp;#38;amp; maybe got a date :)</description>

You just have to change your mental way of how you view food...it is for fuel...if you look at the junk food, just think of it as pouring sand into a gas tank. Ask yourself...Is this going to get my body into the physique I truly desire? ...NO! ...and then look for something healthy to eat if there is anything...or make sure to bring something healthy with you. Always have something non-alcoholic and minimal calories to drink in your hand as well.
