What a summer!
So far this has been my best summer in a long, long time! Everything is really going well for me. Not just in my personal life, but also with my fitness and nutrition! I haven’t been doing a lot of weights this summer. I have been lifting anywhere from 2 to 3 days a week. But I have been doing a lot of cardio, mainly running, and a lot of ab work. Yeah, it has mostly been so I can be comfortable in summer clothes and bikinis. I figure this winter I will try to build up some more muscle to show off next year!
