Wow, can’t believe….
That it’s been over one month since I’ve posted on my blog. Well, guess I have some catching up to do.
My program has been going really well. I’m down 9 pounds, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’m lifting weights 3 days a week, and my trainer said I will go up to 4 days starting in November. I also do 4 cardio days a week, so I’m plenty busy working out.
I like the changes I’m making. Physically, I feel better, and I love being able to fit into some clothes that hadn’t fit me since last year! I may go out tomorrow and buy a skit that is just a little too snug and use it as motivation to keep working to get into it. Actually, I like that idea…sounds like fun!
