					<description>try switching to circuit workouts for a month, never resting for longer than 30 secs between reps and excercises.

This should keep your heart rate high. (Start with some short hard cardio like jumping rope or shorter and faster runs to get your heart up and then try to keep it up.)

					<description>haha yeah i know what you mean...such crazy way of marketing....tempt the newbies at the gym with good ol' mexican food....we have one across the street from the one i goto. and down the road a few other places...chinese...etc...

lunch these days if im not making my own consists of me going to subway for some chicken. i was drinking protein shakes before my workout but a few people tell me to wait til after my workouts.....i drink one in the mornings...usually have some egg whites</description>
