Im Confused…

Well, i eat healthy, lots of proteins. not consuming too much fats and carbs. I workout 4 days a week. i do cardio….and it seems like i am still stuck where i am….i mean i got down to around 235 and once i was there its like everything stopped….i was still pumping hard, doing cardio and nothing more would come off….i am begining to think that my problem is more than just trying to loose weight…im thinking that maybe my body wont let me loose anymore…i dont know…im just confused right now…but i am still going to keep movin along….

    try switching to circuit workouts for a month, never resting for longer than 30 secs between reps and excercises.

    This should keep your heart rate high. (Start with some short hard cardio like jumping rope or shorter and faster runs to get your heart up and then try to keep it up.)

    thanks man….ill have to try that…right now im just lifting and working legs one day and arms another..cardio on a separate day….
