Im Confused…
Wednesday, July 18th, 2007Well, i eat healthy, lots of proteins. not consuming too much fats and carbs. I workout 4 days a week. i do cardio….and it seems like i am still stuck where i am….i mean i got down to around 235 and once i was there its like everything stopped….i was still pumping hard, doing cardio and nothing more would come off….i am begining to think that my problem is more than just trying to loose weight…im thinking that maybe my body wont let me loose anymore…i dont know…im just confused right now…but i am still going to keep movin along….
