Well, i eat healthy, lots of proteins. not consuming too much fats and carbs. I workout 4 days a week. i do cardio….and it seems like i am still stuck where i am….i mean i got down to around 235 and once i was there its like everything stopped….i was still pumping hard, doing cardio and nothing more would come off….i am begining to think that my problem is more than just trying to loose weight…im thinking that maybe my body wont let me loose anymore…i dont know…im just confused right now…but i am still going to keep movin along….

I was around some people at the gym and they was talking about the 300 Workout. Anyone ever heard of it? I dont want to do it, im sure its too advanced for me but i was curious as to what it is. Those guys are way beyond my level and didnt even want to ask them. They probably would have laughed in my face.

why is it that people who are much more thin look down on heavier people? Some people didnt ask to be big, its genetics. I have a friend online that weights 300+ pounds. He eats very healthy, works out, walks….etc…yet he barely looses any weight. he blogs his workouts on video to prove he is doing it and yet he still struggles.
Then people who are thinner than us want to talk bad about us like we are so horrible. I ask someone who degrades bigger people to think if they was in our shoes, would they like being treated that way? Of course not! Now not all people are like this! Many are very supportive! THank goodness for trainers and others who see us as a challenge. To help us achieve our goals means they have done their job! I havent met one bad person on here! Its good to see that everyone is supportive of one another! We all need that from time to time!
Whenever anyone upsets me, i just use that as fuel to pump me up for my next workout. I dont want to look like a bodybuilder, i just want to achieve my goals and make a more healthy person out of myself!

Back on routine today. New supplements to add to it. Saturday I went to a party with my friends Kyle and Rick. We got drunk as hell and that is the last time for now! After all the stress from loosing an important woman in my life, I needed the time to rest and refocus myself back on track. The party helped me relieve much stress so today im back to the gym at 5!!!! I cant wait! Im sooo stoked! I got my 24Hr Fitness membership back so im happy and ready to hit the gym up again!
Still though, I dont intereact with anyone there very much. I just go in, take care of business and leave. Will be good to see some of my friends there again….Ill be going early so i can get back in the swing of things…Then maybe ill hit up the gym late at night like I used to….
Anyway, Im ready and I cant wait!!! Back to the strict eating habits..I didnt really stray from it but i did overindulge a few times..
This time I will be even more focused because even though, i loved this girl very much she is not a part of my life anymore in the way I wish she was. She doesnt care to be around me much these days so I will use that time to lean down more and then start building myself back up to where I want to be! 30 pounds off is the next goal…Ive done 40 so this shouldnt be a problem!

You know, i wont call myself a gymrat but i am back at the gym again. I have friends who are gymrats but what really sucks about going to the gym, especially at this time of the year is the FNG’s (****ing new guys/gals) that have new years resolutions to loose weight and then after a month or so quit! I really have alot of respect for those who can stick to it and want to make a change in their life by shedding the unwanted pounds! Two of my friends on here used to be big. Not as big as I used to be but after a year they both lost over 100 pounds and thats because they was devoted to it completely!
I dont mind helping the new peeps at the gym but they really should ask the trainer on duty. I mean when ya sign up you get a few free sessions with the trainer and if they are not up to speed on what to do with a machine they should get with them. Honestly, I dont like to talk to anyone when I go workout. I like to go in, warm up and get my business done. I dont need conversations with people and trying to impress some woman by doing more than what I can lift on a machine. I see it all the time. Guys in there that are built like wrestlers who think that because they lift 600 pounds that some woman wants to **** their brains out! Ok yes im sure that some women are turned on by that but thats just not something I would do. My friend Carlos told me about how he just would go in, take care of business and go home..Thats the way I am.
I really wish the FNG’s well in their quest to loose weight and better themselves because I once was one! I remember going into the gym for the first time and people staring at me. One guy kept laughing at me. Told me I was weak and couldnt lift shit. So without showing him up. One day I threw 500 pounds and started hittin up squats…..he looked at me like i was retarded but I did it with ease and of course the pain of a lil strain. After that, he came up to me and told me that he was sorry for talking shit to me and wondered why I could do so much. Told him, "im a big guy. I used to play football. Im used to this shit!"
So, if your a FNG reading this, good luck to ya..just ignore people if they seem to be making fun of you and ask the trainers for help if you need it. Learn proper etiquitte and put weights back up on the racks. Wipe your sweat off machines cause no one wants to sit on or lay on your sweat….and learn not to bother peeps who keep to themselves…many people do not like to be bothered in the gym…like myself….
For the veterans of the smelly gym haahha…..give the peeps a lil break…they are trying to do something for themselves..if you see someone doing something that might cause them to get hurt, help them out..give em a hand or offer a small piece of advice and then go about your business…..as much as i dont like being bothered i wouldnt want to see someone get hurt because im too much of an ass to offer my assistance in spotting or something…..
So train hard and I hope that whoever reads this will reach their goals!!!

its been since last week that I bough a new pair of jeans at 38×30! You know for me its a huge accomplishment because I have not worn this size since high school. At 31 now, I want to continue being healthy and loosing what weight I can and keeping up with my healthier lifestyle. i do eat shit I shouldnt sometimes but believe me, in small amounts…usually at lunch my friend Amy and I share our lunch plate…so its all good..
anyway, its good to be back in 38 jeans. actually they fit quite loose…the style i have anyways…my waist is measuring about 37 though…I have a pair of levi’s jeans but for some reason levi’s fit different so i still have to wear 40’s on those…ive tried other pant leg style with them but no workie…hahaha
So anyway, im quite proud of myself for doing this…dont get me wrong, its nice to be in a smaller jean size but I still have a long road ahead of me…thats ok because I know i can accomplish what I want…may not be as fast as it was for some others but i want to do it according to how my body feels….I have friends that can workout for hours. I cant but as i get stronger i know my strength and endurance will allow me to.
