Sunday, December 9th, 2007It’s been two months since I’ve started tracking my workouts in my journal again and so far so good. I really want to focus on developing my traps and biceps for the remainder of the year and hopefully I can see a significant improvement. Losing body fat is still a priority but I’m sure that will continue to improve with all the cardio I’m doing. My short term goal is cutting to 195lbs pounds by the end of the yeat. I would also like to get my bench press, dead lifts and squats back up to where they were last year. I’ve been feeling sore from all the cardio and lifting, but honestly, it feels really good.
