Getting my Power Back
Thursday, November 13th, 2008This morning was chest and back and WOW I was feeling way strong. I have been working back into the heavy reps slowly being I do not want to hurt myself again. So today was a good training day. I was racking the heavy weights like a Big guy again, it always feels good to knock out sets of 10 with 225lbs and still be able to hit 10 dead hang pull ups (with pause) in between chest sets. Man I think my body is really starting to respond in a good way. I was worried being I took like 4 days off while traveling (still ran for cardio) so yeah I was pretty pumped about today.
