Doing great! Really pushing hard. I have noticed that my rear has flattened. Not exactly what I wanted, but we will see what happens. I did stop taking the Lipo6 (over a month ago). It didn’t do much for me. So I am off to GNC to see if they have anything else worth trying. Still looking for that tight, cut look. I know that diet and exercise is over half the battle.

Sorry it has been awhile. Busy with work. As an OR nurse there is no rest for the wicked. LOL!
I can not believe the transformation my body has taken! It is crazy. I have been taking Lipo 6 for over 1 month now and it is amazing. I don’t feel jittery on it, like Hydroxycut. I still crave sweets. Not so much chocolate any more. My legs are aching a lot lately. I need to look at other cardio options. I have been biking. I can’t run. To much jiggle.
Keeping the diet as clean as possible. Lots of fruits and salades. Hate pasta, love bread. Getting bored of chicken though. New pics coming later today if I can get the cam working.

Great weekend! Cheated on Friday and Sunday, but did a lot of walking both days. Pilates and stepper tonight. Feel great. I have noticed some changes in the old body. Feeling tighter in the middle. I need to get some body measurements posted. 4 pounds down. Started on Lipo 6 today. I did not feel jittery on it. So I hope it will help. Low carb diet today. Made a pot of veggie soup. I’ll leave a better post in a couple of days.

Feeling much better today. The sun finally came out. Yeah! Had a great work out. I used all that built up frustration to motivate me today. Do I ever feel lighter inside. Starting on week 3. Still haven’t gotten started on a supplement yet. I don’t know why, but I am kind of scared to start on something. My DH has cooked pasta 3 days in a row now. It’s killing me, and of course I have no greens in the house. Cleaning up this diet is going to take a miracle. Good thing that I believe in God!

Feeling down today. It has been raining here for 3 days. Argh! I am itching to try out my new set of golf clubs. I could use some sun. I have noticed my clothes are feeling like they actually fit. No changes on the scale yet. I am off to go for a bike ride.

Good day today. I have been working on a 4 day split workout routine. Seems to be working out well. Time will tell. A lot of muscle aches and pains. Please tell me that this is not what getting old feels like. Looking at starting on a supplement. There are sooooooo many. Need to research more.

I can’t believe that it has almost been a year. I fell of the horse and it is time to get back on. between stress, work, and a small operation I have gained over ten pounds. I am heavier than when I started blogging. Summer is on the way and it is time to start up again. I feel good about it this time. Wish me luck!

Hi everyone. All is well. It is getting cold out so I have been not getting to the gym as much as I should. I hate going out when it is cold. Looking at getting some free weights and a bench for the house. I have to get some new pics up. I woke up this morning and could not believe what my body looked like. Very pleased. Still no major weight loss. I am having a hard time getting my head around the fact that it is ok, as long as the body fat % is decreasing, as well as the inches.

Wednesday
Doing well. I have not lost a pound in over a month in fact I have been gaining weight. I have lost 4 inches in my waist. So that must mean something. Gave up on the cables. Back to free weights. I could never get on the cable system anyway. Big Boy Toy!
