I’m back

I’ve had a cold lately and decided to take a break but now I am ready to start training again. Tomorrow I am going to start weight training again, I am planning out the program right now. I Hope to get some progress pics up this week. Need to plan out my diet and training still so I had better get back to that.

Exhaustion

I have been exhausted all day, I was too tired to even do my normal workout routine. Worst of all, I’ve lost weight! My friend told me whether I like it or not hes buying me creatine, maybe that will give me energy. Thinking about taking L-glutamine though, for energy mostly. Not sure what I’m gonna do…

Getting stronger

I have noticed massive improvements in my strength and a slight improvement on my physique(cant see my ribs anymore lol). My abs are really showing more now, and I’m beginning to even out my shoulders and pecs.(not that I really had much to begin with there) All in all I am very satisfied with my results so far and Monday I measure and do a weigh in.

First workout

Today my first workout in a few months and I feel great. I was so sore afterwards that I had to hobble instead of walk lol. I felt drained yet accomplished and I know that I will make great progress this time. Can’t for my next workout.

Ouch

September 5, 2007

Looks like I have to put training off another day, I stepped on a finishing nail. Luckily it didn’t go in deep and I got a tetanus shot recently for stitches. (I’m beginning to wonder if I’m accident prone) I think I should be fine, but hopefully be able to walk on it well enough to continue training Monday.

Day off

September 5, 2007

Today I had to take a day off. I messed up my abs and yesterday my knees were throbbing. I screwed my knee up when I crashed on my skateboard at the age of thirteen. I had to work through the pain and have yet to see a doctor over it, so I just give it rest so it doesn’t get as bad as it used to. Tomorrow I continue my workouts where I left off, and Monday I pickup the weights and begin a different routine.

Good news!

August 30, 2007

Yesterday and today were good days for my appetite! I’ve been eating like an animal compared to how I used to eat. I feel a lot better than I used to, and I take everything now in a new light. I feel more optimistic and better about myself! Its a very great change for just a few days on a multivitamin and just a little bit longer eating right. Something  I would recommend to anybody. I’ve pretty much completely cut out soda and junk food and it feels great. I am drinking more water now, its something I should have done a long time ago. It feels great!
By October 23rd I hope to weigh at least 120lbs. I want to gain a half inch on my arms, chest, and thighs by then as well. I will work as hard as it takes to reach that goal, and if i don’t reach it on time I will work at it until I do reach it.

The begining

August 27, 2007

Today I finished uploading my body stats and I put up one picture. Tomorrow I will post my goals, and probably a few more pictures. I am currently trying to work on my appetite as I realized I severely under eat. Usually only 2 meals a day, so trying to work myself up to 6 is gonna be difficult. I also started taking a multi-vitamin to help with things. My first workout starts in two weeks, I will post the link to it tomorrow.
