This flu season has been kick-started by the fear mongering media and the "swine flu." We've already started giving flu shots at work. Honestly, the best way to stay healthy (from the flu, from bronchitis, from type 2 diabetes, from obesity, etc) is to eat a balanced diet of whole foods, exercise regularly, drink LOTS of water (1/2 ounce for every lb of body weight), WASH YOUR HANDS, DON'T COUGH/SNEEZE ON OTHER PEOPLE, AND IF YOU'RE SICK STAY HOME FROM WORK.
