Just want to send a warm "GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN" to everyone competing Saturday at the NPC Colorado State Figure, Fitness, Bikini and Body Building Championships!  It’s been a long, fun journey.  Stay strong–we’re SOOO CLOSE!  Be proud of what you’ve accomplished, the changes you’ve made over the last year, and regardless of placings be happy with yourself
And if anyone recognizes me there, please come up and say hi!    I love meeting people from here, and it’s always nice to have friends who understand what it’s like to compete
