Ok, not really. It's all a matter of time management--shifting things around in order to make time for everything you want to do. I've found that I need to re-focus some of my time, and I'm working on it
I've found a coach, and am SO excited and motivated for this show! I have another friend training with us, too, so I know that this is going to be an easier prep So far (after only a week) I am finding the diet easy. I'm not craving the crap that I used to. Whether that's because I'm loosing my taste for it (yay) or that I am determined to have a better physique this year, or a combination of both, I'm not sure, but I'm taking it!
