Wednesday Morning - Arms    
Machine Preacher Curls 8 x 55, 52.5, 50, 47.5 (with 30lb warm up set of 12 reps)   
Reverse Grip EZ Bar Curls 10 x 30, 30, 30, 20
Seated Alternating DB Hammer Curls 15-20 x 20 (work for set; got 14 reps), 15, 15, 10
Lying EZ Bar Tricep Extensions 8 x 40, 30, 30, 30
Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdowns 10 x 55, 50, 45, 55 (much bumping next week)
Rope Tricep Pushdown 20-30 x 40, 35, 30 (work for set, only got about 24 reps/set)
