After moving all week, back day was fairly light today: only upped a couple sets and didn’t do side bridges, medicine ball twists or weighted back extensions. And worked out late at night (got to gym around 11pm). It’s been basically a double work out week because of the moving. I’ll get 10 days off from moving only to do it all again when I can move into my new place. hoorah.
One-DB Front Raises - 12×12.5, 10×12.5, 8×15, 6×15
Lying DB Pull Overs - 12×22.5, 10×22.5, 8×22.5, 6×25
Pec Deck Rear-Delt Lats - 12×20, 10×20, 8×30, 6×30
Pec Deck Machine - 13×15, 11×15, 9×20, 7×30
Wide Parallel Bar Seated Rows - 12×30, 10×40, 8×50, 6×50
DB Shrugs w/Rotation - 4×12 @ 12.5/12.5/15/15
Weighted Back Extensions: 3×10 @ 10lbs (N/A today)
Isometric Leg Raise - 3×60sec @ Bodyweight
Isometric Bridges - 2×60 sec @ Bodyweight (N/A today)
Medicine Ball Twists - 3×20 w/8lb Ball (N/A today)
Still, I am seeing progress where I want to be seeing/feeling it, so that is very good. Results = Motivation = More results.

The last couple of days have been good. I’ve been increasing weights nearly everywhere, and it feels really good. I increased weights on my bench press (incline/decline) finally. It felt really good….after I was finished.

*Abs performed as a circuit today w/o rests*
Hanging Knee To Side - 3×20 @ Bodyweight
Weighted "Frog" Crunches - 3×20 @ 20
Dumbell Side Raise - 20×20, 20×20, 20×25
The hanging knee raises were interesting, because my arms didn’t want to hold me up.
I love watching myself in the mirrors at the gym if it’s possible. Today during reverse cable pull-downs I noticed more tone in my arms, and it really made me happy.

I’m really starting to get serious. I upped all of my weights today, even if it was just upping set 3 and keeping 1,2 and 4 the same. It felt really good.
I’m fast approaching 120lbs, so I’ve decided that a better goal is to be a solid size 5. I’d rather weigh more than I look like I do, and be solid and toned than a specific weight.
Started today off with some Hot-Rox Extreme and som EAS Nitron 5 pre-workout. It was nice, because I was energized and not feeling like a zombie on the way to the gym/during the workout. I was pumped, and definately putting out a lot of heat as long as I kept moving. I noticed that I cooled off pretty quickly while in between sets. I think I’m going to keep this up, though, at least for the energy levelsand the Hot-Rox should help me tone up nicely.

Two in a row, but much needed. I’m starting to feel a lot less congested (today being day 11 of this), and the extra couple of hours of sleep this morning were much appreciated muscle-wise. Tomorrow, now, is arm day again. Still "bleh," but much less "bleh" than yesterday.
Tomorrow I plan on upping some weights on the last set. I want more upper body strength, so I’m going to start being less wimpy about it and going for it. I’m starting o feel stronger, and that’s really got my excited

And my quads/hams are still sore from leg presses. I’m feeling it where I want to be feeling it, though, so that’s a good thing. Arm day tomorrow. bleh.

Now a couple weeks into this routine, and I’m feeling and seeing results. I’m not dreading arms days so much, because I’m feeling stronger and that’s a huge motivation. I was able to do an extra rep on the last set of each exercise which was really cool. I’ve upped most weights too, not just on arms. My quads and calves hurt from yesterday, but it’s a good hurt because I pushed myself. I’m to the point where I’m getting stronger and my form is getting better which is exciting. I’m really wanting to start pushing myself harder after I get over this stupid cold.
