Early Morning Workout: Meal or No Meal
Wednesday, February 6th, 2008I workout first thing in the morning, around 5-530 am….should I eat something before I lift. I am doing the Body for Life regimen and taking Xtend (Hyped up BCAA’s) Pre and during my workout. I don’t mind cardio on an empty stomach, but I think my workouts are lacking because of energy…Then again, I think it may just be that I need a shot of caffeine to wake up before hitting the gym…I feel like I am getting a workout, I just don’t feel as focused or alert.
Any ideas or advice?
