Monday, October 29th, 2007Does anyone have any reccomendation for alternative back exercises? It seems whenever I deadlift or do some hyperextensions, I manage to pull my back. It does not even have to be heavy weights. Maybe its the type of deadlift?? or I need to go back to the basics??? I don’t know if I should skip them altogether….Any advice would be great. Trainer, non-trainer…experience…whatever…..i need some help….
