looking for a few pointers on getting started. i am 223lbs and only 5?9?’. that is a problem for me.I am pretty bulky just seem a lil to pudgy in the mid region. i am way out of shape and need some advise. i use to play football in high school and i was ok size about 175 and pretty jacked . since then 9 yrs later i have gained almost 50lbs of fat it seems only in my chest and stomach a little in buttocks. my main problem is eating bad.i eat late at night. That i am workin on. i think cardio would be best for me now. i also would like to loose this fat about 30 lbs and stay about 190-195. i like to workout as well but need some friendly advise on how to go about training to lose some weight then get ripped. I am open to any suggestions.
