Eating & losing.
Monday, April 21st, 2008This week-end Tickle & I went on a retreat – damn those nuns can cook! I ate far more carbs and starch than I usually do and didn’t do any formal, planned exercise. I’d resigned myself to the fact that I’d have put on weight by the time I got home but this was not to be! I still lost weight – in fact I’m the lowest I’ve been since I started this BodySpace thingy. How did this happen? I’m as confused as all hell.
