Strength Loss
It’s amazing how fast the strength drains out of muscle if you don’t keep up the training! I’ve allowed myself some time off due to the marriage & honeymoon but started training this morning again. I was shocked!
I knew after not training I’d have to start on a lesser workout to get into the swing of things again, but I was really surprised at how I struggled even though I’d chosen weights lower than what I’d been doing!
It’s a good lesson in consistancy. It’s not how much you can pick up in one go - it’s the constant and long term work that really pays off!
