Weddings and weights.
The work I’ve been doing on my body was initiated and motivated through three reasons.
1. I realized I was fat and with my heart condition, I was finding it increasingly difficult to do normal day-to-day activities.
2. I’m getting married in 17 days and wanted to give my bride something somewhat good-looking and firm not squishy and doughy.
3. Penance for things I’ve done in the past.
I will not be giving this lifestyle up after the marriage or honeymoon. I’m enjoying it too much! It may be difficult but I’ve got results that I never thought possible – so I didn’t try before. Shame on me.
I only hope my Lady likes what I’ve done and what she’ll get.
I’m so excited!
Ciao for now.

Congrats by the way mate!

Weight-wise, no. Size-wise and muscle firmness (which is what counts) absa-bloody-lutely! I’m going to be hitting ‘Wedding Day Targets’ in the nicest ways ever…and hitting more that one target in the nicest way!
Thank you for the Congrats!
