I Want Your Opinion! :)

ok… so right now I weigh 115lbs and I am 5′3. I want to lose some weight at least 10 pounds. Do you think that it would be too much weight to lose or do you think that I would look even better?

    No, at 5-3 and 115 you should not be paying attention to your weight. What you want to do now is work on shape, reducing bodyfat and increasing muscle. It is body composition now that is more important, you are about where you should be for weight.

    I’m going to agree with Second, Weight should not be what you should be looking at right now, though i understand how its nice to see that scale move! focus on how your body looks, No one knows what that scale said….Good luck and All the Best.

    Exactly! I would suggest focusing on tone. You sure don’t need to worry about your weight at this point!

    you look great to me, I’d just focus on moving that weigh around, and improving overall health. you’ll see the results you want without cutting weight.

    Lose weight? Not necessary, you look fine. Maybe you should concentrate on toning instead.

    I would agree with the rest of these guys you look great, and toneing should be your focus and as you tone your body you will possibly lose that weigt you want to take off.

    Hey :) I agree with all! You are lookin gr8 ;)

    For your height,weight recommendation would be 111-147lbs. this means that your body burns approximately 20g of protein every 4 hours. If you go under the recommended weight,you are more prone to get ill and the reason for this is that your body doesn’t have sufficient "Space" to build up resources to accomodate that 20g every 4 hours…. keepin that level of protein available to your body will help you to tone better and even build some muscle if it may. Sleep is also essential :)

    I think that you you look fine. Don’t worry about the weight. You should just concentrate on good nutrition and your workout.

    No u don’t need to loose any weight! 115 is wat most girls dream of your height… Just focus on training u might loose a few pounds in the process but don’t let that be your main focus.

    You’re looking great… I’m with everyone else don’t focus so much on the scale but the mirror how much you weigh doesn’t mean anything just keep up the work and keep in touch
