ok so basically i have been eating pretty clean for the past 3 months and i’m beginning to plataeu immensilly! i have been manipulating my carb intake following a high med low carb diet daily..and i have barely seen any changes (only lost 2 lbs last weeek!!) so starting this week i have only been taking in 1/2 cup of plain oatmeal immediately following my 1 hour cardio session..the only other carb intake i’m allowing myself to consume is found in my many helpings of veggies i have for the remainder of the day…i haven’t weighed myself yet (that is only done saturday mornings) but believe it or not i have actually felt more bloated (hopefully for natural reasons "that time of the month") and i am soooo tired i could die! i am 8 and 1/2 weeks out right now and i can not imagine having to suffer this much longer..dont get me wrong i understand that dieting is no walk in the park but i am on a breaking point…hopefully i will see results i have been waiting for on saturday or that might be it for me!! haha
it also doesnt help much when your boyfriend continues to eat every fatty thing under the sun…and he wonders why i get nasty!! errrrrrrr i guess what they say is true "if it were easy everyone would do it"
