Got Carbs?
So its third day carb competin….I have never craved bread soo much in my life. I never ate alot of bread or anything and now its all on my mind. Started training at 5 this morning and my day juss ended at 10. No carbs….Wow how did I make it. 2 cardio sessions and a Weight training session….LEGS AT THAT!!! Felt like I was just gonna fall out. I wish i could put pics up but workin on the camera…..
