What A day!!
Friday, July 27th, 2007Soo I got some good news and I had to go take some pictures for somebody. My trainer made me eat 120 g carbs half sugar half starch and 6 g creatine 2 hours before my workout. Now on a normal day that would be fine but since I been carb depleting and dieting that spiked my insuline levels so high it was worst than just carb depleting I was driving dizzy barely made it to the gym. I get there and of course for photo sake I had to have a full body workout….nice. Pushed myself through that and took the pictures. Came home went to sleep at 4 and been out since then only gettin up to eat lol of course can’t miss little food I do get to eat!
