					<description>maybe your being to strict with your diet and your body is craving the stuff you used to eat. i have a cheat night once a week. and depending whats going on during the weekend it may be a weekend of not eating so good. I just go into the gym monday and do extra cardio that week to make up for it and also watch my diet better for the week.
