Bad Day
ever had one of those days where nothing went right. i did to day at least with my eating no sure what happened but it was bad. I ate candy and crap all day to finish it off pizza at night. i felt like crap all day and that is what i ate. ever once in a while this happens to me and i don’t know why. it sucks because i have a hard enough time cutting weight and then i go and do this why. i felt like a fat kid in a candy store i hate it does anyone else do this or how do they fight it.

it happens to everyone man dont let it get to ya. plus sometimes it helps cuz it shocks your body just like changin up routines. look up the cheat to lose diet it a really good diet. plus whenever i do this i make sure to keep on point with my diet for the rest of the week. i usally have a cheat day or 2 per week as long as you keep on track for the rest of it your good to go

hey hey, lets be positive!!! lol, i know what you mean, i ate crap this weekend while i was at home, plus i had a bunch of ice cream last week. buttttt, just gotta think of it as a refueling/motivational time. keep training hard!!!

maybe your being to strict with your diet and your body is craving the stuff you used to eat. i have a cheat night once a week. and depending whats going on during the weekend it may be a weekend of not eating so good. I just go into the gym monday and do extra cardio that week to make up for it and also watch my diet better for the week.
hell noones perfect (at least noone that I ever met)
