back day
November 16, 2007just up early to hit the gym(430) went there had my usual drinks before but had no energy till i got my shoes on and put the headphones on then it was on. did my usual work out for back reverse lat pull downs whole stack seated rows whole stack plus 2 45lb plates the gym hate that. then did hammer machine rows high and low 5 plates a side then to finish it out stiff leg deads did 3 sets of 405 and a final one of 495 it felt good lots of power to day not sure why but i am not complaining.
New Name Bad Week
November 7, 2007on the 4th a did a blog called bad day if you read it you know what i am talking about well it turned into a bad week. work sucked did not hit the gym like i wanted and to top it off i got drunk last night, one might not seem that this is a big deal but fir a recovering alcoholic this is bad the good new is i felt like shit this morning and remembered why i quit drinking. i just hope i don’t start all over again. i don’t think i will but one never knows the worst part is i have been change that had been sober for 2 1/2 years. i guess we will see where it goes form here. Bad Day
November 4, 2007ever had one of those days where nothing went right. i did to day at least with my eating no sure what happened but it was bad. I ate candy and crap all day to finish it off pizza at night. i felt like crap all day and that is what i ate. ever once in a while this happens to me and i don’t know why. it sucks because i have a hard enough time cutting weight and then i go and do this why. i felt like a fat kid in a candy store i hate it does anyone else do this or how do they fight it.
DIET
October 15, 2007Does anyone out theRE have a good diet that works when you have a job that works a rotating 12 hour shift. On my days off my diet is great, chicken and rice, eggs and oatmeal, fish and veg. but on days that i work it is hard to eat right i make my meals about three days in advance but with no real good way to heat things up what can i do. want to cut back down to around 250lbs. dont need to be this heavy(273) any more but still want to be big and cut
MY TRAINING
October 14, 2007i tore my shoulder in jan of this year before a powerlifting contest. my powerlifing days are over but i still hit the gym 5 days a week. does any one have any good lifts the will help cut up my chest that does not hurt my shoulder. About the only lift i cant do if flat bench.
