Yes! the injuries are healed about 85-90% right now. I’m being very careful not to reinjure my wrist and my shoulder. I’m up to 60lbs now on curls. I only felt a little twinge. I now tape and put a wrist support on my left wrist. I believe this and spraying it down at night along with putting the brace on has helped alot.

In the next couple of days I will be reducing this so called friends list down. All the fcukers (yeah new word) that don’t have the decency to even respond, FUG YOU! My fan club section will be big as hell. The mutual will be down to maybe 20-30. The rest of them? FUG EM! You know why? WHY NOT? God willing I hope to be leaving this place next month. So I will be living my life much different than before I came over here. Life is TOO DAMN PRECIOUS for BULLSHIT and BULLSHITTERS! LIVE LIFE! HOOAAHHH!!!!!!!!! ARMY DAMN STRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

MY INJURIES

Last week I became a little more frustrated with my shoulder and wrist injuries. I was at a point to where I was willing to try anything. So I began using this stop pain spray and using a pain relieving gel called Biofreeze. No they didn’t pay me for that plug, but hey if they’re reading this, I won’t turn you down. LOL. Anyway, What I’ve been doing is spraying and applying at night on both my wrist and shoulder and try to apply to my back, but my damn arms won’t reach back there. Ladybug can you help me out when I get back to Atlanta? As far as my wrist I have also been putting the brace on that the Doc gave me at night after I spray. Although the neck and shoulder have been really stiff when I wake up, it actually loosens up. The pain is at a point where it’s bearable. I taped the hell out of the wrist this morning because I knew I would be doing back and biceps. I felt both when I first started with the warm up but after a while, I said Oh shyt, this feels good. I was actually able to curl without any pain in the wrist. I actually got a pump on the BIs today. YEEEESSSS!!!! I however did not overdo it. I was not able to curl a 20 lbs barbell before. I did 30lb today. I know that’s not alot, especially a guy of my statue, but believe me, IT HURT LIKE HELL when I tried the 20lbs before. Before injury I was getting 70-80lbs dumbbells. Until the wrist completely heals, I won’t be seeing that for a while. Just wanted to give you a update. LATER

Yeterday I went to google SGT Robinson to see if I could get the obituary from his hometown. Not successful on that, so I was a little disappointed. (SGT Robinson was the Soldier that was killed here when we came under attack.) I did however learned they brought the flags to half staff at the state capitol in Little Rock. I felt a little better on that. On a different note that really pissed me off is this sick as group that call themselves a CHURCH! These f**kheads take the names of our fallen Soldiers and create these disrespectful, hateful fliers. Basically it says SGT Robinson died in vain. SGT Robinson died for the sins of the world because of homosexuality. WTF? Then the thing that really pissed me off is the statement of "Thank God for IEDS" For those that don’t know what that is, basically it’s a bomb. How F***ing disrespectful. Disrespectful to not only SGT Robinson and his family, but to all of us that will protect the freedoms of even the As*****s that do this. I know hate is a strong word but I’m sorry, I’m human and this crosses the line. I would rather they use the N word then to do this, and God knows I don’t even want to hear that. I’m venting here so please don’t take this as something I would do or condone. My thought is if they like IEDS so much, they should get some and see how it feels. Again, that’s the human, hurting side of me talking. I would never hurt innocent people, no matter how much they have crossed the line on free speech. This group of extremists go the the funerals of these Soldiers, Airmen, Marines, Sailors, Coast Guardsmen and protest their warped beliefs in the presence of their families, friends and people they know and love. Yes a law was passed on them being so many feet from the entrance, but the fact that they are still there. My belief is someone is going to get hurt from this group. The family is already devastated and probably still in shock. I think someone may lose it on these people. It makes me wonder if they place the Police Officers or any Law Enforcement or Firefighters in this category also. When they are killed doing what they chose to do to help people, do they say Thank God for criminals? Did these people cheer when 9-11 happened? It just sickens me, I’m sorry. When these extremists get in trouble, who do they call for help? It is my hope that one day we ALL can live in peace, and we won’t have wars or a need to protect, but until that happens, We will be here. Thank you for allowing me to vent. I feel a little better.

LEVELS OF 14

I think I’m getting the hang of this blogging thing now. I won’t bore you with the day to day over here as most of my fellow military have been here already. For my fellow BB.commers that have not, I can tell you I will never take our home nor our freedom for granted. I look so forward to do the small things like climb in my SUV without putting my body armour and helmet on, which also BTW means I have to kind of turn side ways and place my head in first, grab the console, the seat the steering wheel to pull myself in because of the armour and the space constraints. I will be able to turn on X-M or whatever satellite radio is out there now, instead of turning on the Frequency Jamming device that saves our lives from Radio Controlled IEDs. Then when I do finally get in and start driving, I can stop at Kroger or the commissary and pick up my chicken breast for the week instead of going to teh DFAC and they are serving YUCK again. LOL! Please don’t take this as me complianing, I am very, very, thankful for even being alive to see the YUCK they are serving again. Dang I got long winded there for a sec. Whew! I’m back now.

Ok, on the levels of 14. What I mean by that is; (Oh I already explained this to my judge and I got positive feedback from her. Thank you LadyBug!) Ok end of week 14, I show cased my quads where they are at now. End of week 13 which will be Monday, Feb 2nd, I will display the results on the biceps. On Monday the 9th I will probably display the back. On Monday the 16th I will hopefully have some chest to show to you. On the 23rd we are loooking at Triceps and on the 2nd of March I will be show casing my weak point and that will be my ABS. I was reading ABS Work for SUPERMAINE; I think I may try that. 10 min everyday and I think it was Wednesday for 45 min. DAMN, either that will be alot of ABS work for me or I’ll be a lot of laying on my back. HA HA LOL! Somewhere in here I still have to show calves and Of course you know that I can’t go out like a chickenhead. I have to now produce right? So if I continue to do what I’m doing now, hopefully the Judge will have a good scoring for me in Atlanta and I can bring home the Sandow. LOL, Yeah Right. I’m talking about my mental Sandow. Well, I’m off to the gym. OOPS I just heard they are having Chicken Breasts in the DFAC so I better get my extra bowls. Thanks again LadyBug. Have a great day everyone.

SCALE DOWN! SCALE DOWN!

There was some damage done to both gyms in the recent attack here at Eggers. The explosion was tremendous. just about every window was blown out of both gyms. I was going to weigh myself to see if any weight dropped but someone before me weighed himself and said the scale was REALLY OFF. It added about 10 lbs to you. Hmm, that is the last thing I need is to be discouraged by a damaged scale. I guessing the calibration was really off. So being that the scale is now down, (and can’t get up) I’m staying away from the scale. I have a better measurement of how much I’ve slimmed down. It’s purely a guy thing so please don’t be offended ladies. Hell you may have had these type of moment too though. I gauge my waistline on my emergency exit. Ok, I’ll go a little further in what I’m talking about. You know with the increase in water and protein and other things going in the system, occasionally you may have some internal technical difficulties. Uh yeah. So without unbuttoning and unzipping, everything come down really quick. THANK GOD on that one. HA HA. Just being real folks. OK maybe not a good gauge so I also look at myself in the mirror. I count the abs level. usually I start seeing the levels at the upper abs and it works itself down to the lower. I would say I’m at the 1st level now because the uppers are starting to peek out. ABS Hibernation is no longer a choice. Instead of WAKE YOUR A$$ UP, it’s now WAKE YOUR (ABS) UP!!!! LOL. I will be posting some end of week quads shots maybe today. I have to run them by my judge for some pre-judging. Damn I hope I make to the next round. LOL.

Just to let you know, I’m still FIRED UP!!! Tomorrow I’ll be at 13 weeks and so I’ll continue doing what I’m doing until week 10 and then I’ll crank it up even one more notch. I SHOULD be much stronger by then so I will be going heavier BAYBEE. Bicep is starting to separate and it’s looking good, I think. I wish I could get this wrist feeling better. It effects quiet a bit of what I do. I’ll keep working though. I have my new knee wraps, gloves, smaller IPOD, and my new supps. I’ve been on the Mitotropin for about a week now. I’m feeling pretty good ya’ll. (yeah, I’m from the SOUF, so what) NC BAYBEE. GO HEELZ. Damn Panthers. Ok, I’m back, FOCUS, FOCUS. LOL! Anyway, my wrist wraps are coming and I’m taking it higher when they arrive.

Reminder: Alright Ya’ll, we are at the end of January. You know what February is. What? you don’t know. VALENTINE’S DAY!! Take this as your public service announcement so you won’t be sent to the DAWG HOUSE or better yet, on that cold ass lumpy couch. LOL! Judge, you’re going to love what I designed for you. (GULP) Well I hope you do. I pick it up today from the gate. It’s being handcrafted from my drawing. Well fellow BB.commers, time for this Soldier to get to work before the boss comes in throwing things.

GETTIN’ FIRED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK Folks, I’m in a place here where the diet is very limited and it will effect your growth or lack of it; or better yet, you will have growth where you don’t want it. Guys you know where I’m talking about. Michelin man waist. Ladies know where I’m tallking, The Mighty Thor thighs. So I’m trying to be creative and sought out help of suggestions. (Thank u China) We get our menu 24 hours in advance so you know what swill (LOL) you may be getting. On a focus subject I receieved another idea. Pinpoint a date and concentrate on it and it will help you stay focused. So even though I’m over here in the "STAN" I have put myself out at 14 weeks. What’s the name of the show I wll be doing? The most famous one of all. It’s called the ATLANTA AIRPORT SHOWING. That’s right BAYBEEEE, Homecoming time. SO in mind, I will be on stage but I won’t have on posing trunks, or slathered down with tanning and baby oil. I’ll be posing in what we call ACUs and a backpack. HEEEY! just got a knock on the door, my NEW knee wraps just came in. The old ones were stolen along with my wrist wraps and (SNIFF!) MY IPOD!!!!!! That thief better hope like He(( I don’t find out who they are. Anyway moving on. For all those that are 14 weeks or less out, from what week did you start? And what phase did you start, IE; Bulking, Cutting, because I know everyone is not the same.

On a different note; is there anyone out there experiencing bloating right above the stomach area. I just wonder if it’s the SUPPs such as the SuperPump or something. I’ve heard of some water retention problem floating around out there because of preworkout supps. Anyone else heard of anything like this.

On a different note II; My left wrist hurts like hell. It prevents me from going even moderate on some exercises. On deadlifts it always has to be thumb in. I cannot alternate that hand at all. The grip is somehow even weakened. Has anyone else experienced this pain? I guess the area that would best describe it is the outer part of the hand if you hold it palms down. Right around that area that looks like knuckle. HEY STOP LAUGHING, LOL.
