Pump and Run
Saturday, December 23rd, 2006Just heard about the Pump and Run at my last competition. I am a runner that enjoys lifting and would like to maybe do fitness competitions here in the near future. But for now, I am very interested in the Pump and Run. Does anyone know of any Pump and Run competitions with in 200 - 300 miles form Erie, PA?
