PROGRESS
Hey all! If ur reading this post, then thanks for giving a damn!lol! honestly!
So, heres an update, Im about to switch over from my current local gym to a ‘proper’ gym! Where the closest you get to cardio machines is a puch bag, speed bad, and well thats it! The weights arent near new and have seen the backsides of amany muscle heads! But its reat because Vic who walked me thru a new 4 day split and what Ive been ding right and wrong with my lifting! Vast difference! The smallest changes have made me feel the difference! I kno Im in good company and that this is the nxt step I need if Im serious about getting cut!
I also started Hung Gar Kung Fu for the first time a month ago! Im ecstatic and love it! Ive been wanting to do martial arts for years! But just only got the bottle to do it a mth ago when a friend tagged along (she lasted all of 2 lessons!) but the guys are impressed with my commitment and progress so far (3x a week total 6hrs!) Ive already got an aim for the white belt grade in mind by Xmas! Well see!
I also finally started some Adult swimming lessons for the simple reason; I can crawl, backstoke, float but dont tread water great in my breaststroke! So, its been great exercise and good learning!
Im quite happy with all my gains, but really wanna drive attention to the lower half of my body and blitz my legs! and lower abs! I can see gettin rid of my lil pouch is gonna be alot of effort! So any tips, advice or support! Send em my way! Mad luv!

adult swimming lessons - sounds fun. is it a couples thing or a singles thing? how adult is it? you crazy brits have all the fun.
