I call it my cutting diet but every one has there way they do things. I havent carbed up or anything but have decided for a min of 1mth to cut out all sweets and processed foods with the exception of splenda for my coffee and oatmeal and occasional protein pancakes minus sugar free maple. I want to then just see what foods have possibly been hindering my process. Heres I thot to post my own sample menu as I love reading others and for my own reference.
my sample menu;
1 cup black coffee 1-2 Splenda
Cardio on empty stomach 35-50mins
Breakfast
1/3 cup oats
1/3 (100g) mixed frozen berries(blue,rasberries, black currants, strawberries)
1 egg 4 egg whites scrambled with 1/2 onion 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, kale, bok choy)
Snack
Protein shake + 1tbs peaunut butter
Lunch (Preworkout 1-2hrs before weights0
4oz. chicken and greens stirfry (little to none oil spray; broccoli florets, 2 mushrooms, 1/2 onion, 1/2 pepper)
or Tuna with 1/2 onion , 1tbs mustard, 1/2 balsamic ,
Snack/Postworkout
Protein shake w/1/3 cup berries
Dinner
4oz chicken w/ mixed greens
Snacks
Celery+1bsp. peanut butter
3ltrs of water throughout day and herbal teas like green tea and rasberry and echene

lol! Morning! I got up early and couldnt resist to have a measure of my waist1 And yeah! First time I have dropped .5 an inch on my waist! Im 27.5! WOO! Im made up and real determined! And just in this past week (Fri or so) have really cleaned up my diet even more! Im eating oats and mixed frozen dark berries as my carbs round my workouts (within 1-2 hrs before n after) and have a gang of protein (175g.) and various greens! Especially~celery! Its my sidekick! Nevermind thoughtless eating where one just puts something in their mouth out of bad habit and ends up gourgin ones self!! If so its allowed with celery! What a great ‘negative calorie’ in that it takes more energy to burn then what it contains! And unlike broccoli which is great but can bloat, its a diuretic. I never go hungry with my celery! And I like it! I know some are like.."its freakin celery?!?" But its my thing! Chicken tuna carries her tuna round in pouches on the go, and I do grab a can when heading out near a meal but I also grab my celery! I guess its a thing to from when I was kid and we got healthy treats at school like peanut butter (no added salt or sugar now!) on celery! Hmmm, maybe they could do with a spokeswoman? lol!
I do buy a couple stalk bunches of it and just chop it up and wash it so its ready-to-go ‘fast food’! I am very much a sight person too and as my kitchen is an important social hub in my home I use to just unconsciously see something pick it up n eat it for eating sake! Silly! But Ive replace that with my celery there and there you have it! Replaced a bad habit for a good one! It is winter as well so sometimes you want something hot so I will be making a superfood broth/soup with celery,cabbage, etc! Throw in some chicken n hey! Okay! im gettin a little to excited! So let me get out of here! Go stock up on some celery today!lol!

Hey all! If ur reading this post, then thanks for giving a damn!lol! honestly!
So, heres an update, Im about to switch over from my current local gym to a ‘proper’ gym! Where the closest you get to cardio machines is a puch bag, speed bad, and well thats it! The weights arent near new and have seen the backsides of amany muscle heads! But its reat because Vic who walked me thru a new 4 day split and what Ive been ding right and wrong with my lifting! Vast difference! The smallest changes have made me feel the difference! I kno Im in good company and that this is the nxt step I need if Im serious about getting cut!
I also started Hung Gar Kung Fu for the first time a month ago! Im ecstatic and love it! Ive been wanting to do martial arts for years! But just only got the bottle to do it a mth ago when a friend tagged along (she lasted all of 2 lessons!) but the guys are impressed with my commitment and progress so far (3x a week total 6hrs!) Ive already got an aim for the white belt grade in mind by Xmas! Well see!
I also finally started some Adult swimming lessons for the simple reason; I can crawl, backstoke, float but dont tread water great in my breaststroke! So, its been great exercise and good learning!
Im quite happy with all my gains, but really wanna drive attention to the lower half of my body and blitz my legs! and lower abs! I can see gettin rid of my lil pouch is gonna be alot of effort! So any tips, advice or support! Send em my way! Mad luv!
