Went in today with one thing on my mind, Get jacked and shredded!, Its bicep day, starting out with moderate weight with high reps pyramiding up, resting only 30sec between sets, aiming to keep the burn, and boy did it burn.I try to continuously massage the bicep between sets to get some of the lactic acid out so I can go harder with every set to almost faiure, feels bad meaning good , Peaks are protruding, i think its working!

Lastnight I watched a bunch of clips of some hustler doing calisthenics, some cazy ish, I ‘m not new to this though, I watched a dvd called thug workout vol.1 a couple of years ago and it left a good mark on me.I started doing alot of pull-ups and push-ups all types crazy ish, mastered my body weight, my core got real strong and I could do all the stuff I saw them doing on the tape and more with my own personal variations.Today When I went to the gym I decided I would add some calisthenics at the end of my routine to up the intensity and it worked! EUREEKA!!lol..got a sick pump, euphoria!Gonna do some with every workout! Its good for you!

Boy today I felt right on.Had the pre-workout shake and was off to do battle.Today I planned to go real heavy on my chest.I was blazin through my sets with visible ease, have been feelin real strong lately, I mean real strong,I asked a dude to spot me, didn’t even need it, he was lookin at funny like that was all you bro, like it can’t be.I’ll go ahead and pat myself on the back like that old wwe when it was wwf, wrestler Barry Horowitz.Funny thing I should have went harder,but still got the pump I was lookin for.

You gotta be tough! thats the way it is, that’s life! Nobody said it was going to be easy! yeah love these words of encouragement, my coach used to say it, now I say it in my head to myself, just don’t find myself needing it that much, the warrior mentality has become a part of me always has been.Its all about inner strength, just beleive in yourself and it will all come together, laws of attraction. Let your light shine from within’ not on you! the stage is yours, make a statement, make an impression!
Its not the Car, its the size of the arm hangin’ out the window!

Today I went in with one aim, to get it in me! Thats my approach to blastin my bi’s!Sometimes my arm workout is so intense its intimidating, the pain of the burn, sizzle.
Everytime its bicep day I remember the sizzle of my last bi session, but once I start my warm up set its war baby.A buddy of mine loves doing biceps, i ‘m starting to feel the same.

Had a great workout on my favorite bodypart to work, awesome pump, got everything i wanted to do in with minimal rest between sets.stamina and strength really up for real, breakin a real sweat but I don’t feel too taxed, i guess thats because I have been getting narcalepsy from workin out so hard I fall asleep earlier than usual.My friendshave been gettin pissed, for the passe wk I have been mia, after makin plans to meet them downtown to go out,I end up fallin out, then wake up way early in the morning.All types of msg’s and e-mails on my I-touch!You always have to sacrifice something to get what you want!

TOOK YESTERDAY OFF, BUT JUMPED RIGHT BCK INTO THE FIRE TODAY WITH GRUELING TRI ROUTINE, CAN’T LIE DID A BUNCH OF SETS ON MY CHEST TOO, STAMINA AND STRENGTH REALLY UP THERE THESE DAYS!
