Get Jacked and shredded!
Tuesday, October 7th, 2008Went in today with one thing on my mind, Get jacked and shredded!, Its bicep day, starting out with moderate weight with high reps pyramiding up, resting only 30sec between sets, aiming to keep the burn, and boy did it burn.I try to continuously massage the bicep between sets to get some of the lactic acid out so I can go harder with every set to almost faiure, feels bad meaning good , Peaks are protruding, i think its working!
