Calisthenics, up the intensity!
Thursday, September 25th, 2008Lastnight I watched a bunch of clips of some hustler doing calisthenics, some cazy ish, I ‘m not new to this though, I watched a dvd called thug workout vol.1 a couple of years ago and it left a good mark on me.I started doing alot of pull-ups and push-ups all types crazy ish, mastered my body weight, my core got real strong and I could do all the stuff I saw them doing on the tape and more with my own personal variations.Today When I went to the gym I decided I would add some calisthenics at the end of my routine to up the intensity and it worked! EUREEKA!!lol..got a sick pump, euphoria!Gonna do some with every workout! Its good for you!
