Calisthenics, up the intensity!

Lastnight I watched a bunch of clips of some hustler doing calisthenics, some cazy ish, I ‘m not new to this though, I watched a dvd called thug workout vol.1 a couple of years ago and it left a good mark on me.I started doing alot of pull-ups and push-ups all types crazy ish, mastered my body weight, my core got real strong and I could do all the stuff I saw them doing on the tape and more with my own personal variations.Today When I went to the gym I decided I would add some calisthenics at the end of my routine to up the intensity and it worked! EUREEKA!!lol..got a sick pump, euphoria!Gonna do some with every workout! Its good for you!

Boy today I felt right on.Had the pre-workout shake and was off to do battle.Today I planned to go real heavy on my chest.I was blazin through my sets with visible ease, have been feelin real strong lately, I mean real strong,I asked a dude to spot me, didn’t even need it, he was lookin at funny like that was all you bro, like it can’t be.I’ll go ahead and pat myself on the back like that old wwe when it was wwf, wrestler Barry Horowitz.Funny thing I should have went harder,but still got the pump I was lookin for.
