Shoulder pain-Yes it is a plague

My shoulder hurts during most pressing movements.  This is very frustrating to me because I want my chest to get bigger and most mass building chest exercises involve the shoulders. It just gets inflammed and weak when I do pressing movements.  But after I ice it, stectch it, and let it rest for a few days it always gets better.

So, to injury proof my shoulders, I started started yoga to become more flexible.  This has instantly improved my shoulder flexibility and range of motion.  Secondly, I include many rotator cuff exercices in my workout routine.  And lastly, I have been  developing my rear and front delts because they are lagging.  By having more symmetrical shoulders, I have read that up can prevent injury and and shoulder discomfort.  I’ll keep u posted on how I feel in one month.
