<p>However it is all my fault my diet has been crap lately.  I&#8217;ve indulged in the holiday ham and the occasional french dip at arby&#8217;s  eeeekkk!</p>
<p>I did however just joined a new gym which is great so hopefully my attituted and body will improve over the next thirty days.  Im still going to try and bulk up some more and the following month will be time to start cutting!</p>

<p>Thank god the holidays are over and I don&#8217;t have to say no or feel guilty passing on some good home cookin  (ok honestly I didn&#8217;t say no that much but no seconds and kept a whatchfull eye on my portions).  Now its time to get serious.  I&#8217;d like to compete this year but I feel like I need alot more mass to even get in the game.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok its the holidays and im trying to stick with a diet but I know with all the good food coming up its gonna be hard!  Especially the spiked eggnog and booze!  So I may cheat alittle and try to double time it at the gym.  A few things to keep in mind moderate portions what 10 - 15 min before having seconds 2 to 1 your already full your stomach just hasn&#8217;t told you yet.  Turkey is high in protien sweet potates are good just skip the extra toppings.  Good luck to all on fighting the cravings  Cause lord knows i&#8217;ll be a strugglen!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What do you do when a gym uses a seperate billing company out of state and they won&#8217;t let you out of your contract?  I&#8217;ve tried just about everything.  The billing company could care less what I do as long as they get there cash 400 bucks to break the contract or proof that I moved out of state.  Pain in the rear!  I even had my boss wright a letter saying I would be traveling for the next 6 months out of state.  No good.  frustration!
