Todays workout
I tried entering workouts on the chart from Bodyspace but it takes to long so ill enter my workouts here for now
Run 4 laps around the gym to get my heart rate up
4 sets of 10 reverse grip lat pull downs, shoulder shrugs 60lbs, one arm dumbell rows 35lbs, pull ups, Dips, standing barbell raises 50lbs, 40 reps on the ab wheel, Ran two laps inbetween everyother set.
