The New Year bulk

Ok true im trying to bulk up but the holidays really got me down I feel like I lost all my definition.  But my size does seem to be getting bigger.  Can you maintain definition while bluking?  My Abs are gone and that really pisses me off. 

However it is all my fault my diet has been crap lately.  I’ve indulged in the holiday ham and the occasional french dip at arby’s  eeeekkk!

I did however just joined a new gym which is great so hopefully my attituted and body will improve over the next thirty days.  Im still going to try and bulk up some more and the following month will be time to start cutting!

Todays workout

I tried entering workouts on the chart from Bodyspace but it takes to long so ill enter my workouts here for now

Run 4 laps around the gym to get my heart rate up

4 sets of 10 reverse grip lat pull downs, shoulder shrugs 60lbs, one arm dumbell rows 35lbs, pull ups, Dips, standing barbell raises 50lbs,  40 reps on the ab wheel, Ran two laps inbetween everyother set.

HAPPY NEW YEARS!! May Everyones Goal Be Achieved!

Happy new years to all! I wish everyone the best of luck with each and everygoal you set, to achieve, be safe be smart and most of all be consitant!

Thank god the holidays are over and I don’t have to say no or feel guilty passing on some good home cookin  (ok honestly I didn’t say no that much but no seconds and kept a whatchfull eye on my portions).  Now its time to get serious.  I’d like to compete this year but I feel like I need alot more mass to even get in the game.
