Ok its the holidays and im trying to stick with a diet but I know with all the good food coming up its gonna be hard! Especially the spiked eggnog and booze! So I may cheat alittle and try to double time it at the gym. A few things to keep in mind moderate portions what 10 - 15 min before having seconds 2 to 1 your already full your stomach just hasn’t told you yet. Turkey is high in protien sweet potates are good just skip the extra toppings. Good luck to all on fighting the cravings Cause lord knows i’ll be a strugglen!
