Gym membership Contracts
What do you do when a gym uses a seperate billing company out of state and they won’t let you out of your contract? I’ve tried just about everything. The billing company could care less what I do as long as they get there cash 400 bucks to break the contract or proof that I moved out of state. Pain in the rear! I even had my boss wright a letter saying I would be traveling for the next 6 months out of state. No good. frustration!
