Eating clean
Well its been several months since I started eating clean and being very concious of what I put in my body. So far I think i’ve done pretty good. Im not perfect and I still cheat from time to time, but when I do I try to double time it in the gym. I just ordered the eat clean cook book to hopefully give me some new ideas in the kitchen to have not only a healthy well balanced meal but one that taste good as well! Im pretty good on creativity in the kitchen but this is still alittle new to me so I’ve gotta educate myself a little as well. I’ll post some progress reports on it after i’ve had it for a while.

I was on a strict clean diet for about 2 months but I just couldn’t eat enough calories for my bulking phase.. so now i have to get a few cheat meals in there every so often haha
Diet is always hardest aspect of this lifestyle, in my opinion.. keep it up
