Todays workout

The workout was great killed my biceps and triceps!

But heres the problem.  Have you ever had that guy in the gym that thinks he’s the incredible hulk?  You know,…. the one that feels the need to say F***K after every set and drop an 75lb dumbel on the floor.  All the while the morning group of little old ladies and men are passing by with there trainer not to mention the other women around.  I had finally had enough when I heard the weights continually drop while I was in the locker room.  It just pissed me off! I think its rude and disrespectfull to others not to mention its your gym you pay for the up keep and the monthly dues take care of the equipment!

Although I wanted to tell him what I though personally (knowing that would turn into an all out fiasco!),  I digressed and let the manager know to handel it.  Hopefully he did (not like he couldn’t hear the D***mn weights hitting the floor after every set).

I figure IF ITS HEAVY ENOUGH FOR YOU TO CURSE AT AND DROP AT THE END OF EVERY SET THEN ITS TO HEAVY FOR YOU TO FREAKIN LIFT!
