Alot of gyms will test you body fat for a nominal fee…around 5bucks or so, while some will charge around 25 for 5min or less of work so just ask around.

You can check online and order some Accu-Measure calipers. They are like 15-20 bucks. Its a simple one site self test. I have compared it to a four site Durnin formula and the one site check that Accu-measure reccomends usually comes out the same as the four site test. I

Just go to the health store and drop 15 bucks on a caliper, it comes with instructions for use. If you want to get in depth measurments. Here is a web site that will show you where to measure and calculate the body fat percntage based on age and measurments.

Thats what I use freak, all you need is a tape measure and put in the info as it ask it is the 3rd best thing next to water tank dunk, and caliburs.. Its free also..
