Working out in K uwait.
well, I am currently stationed in kuwait in support of OIF. The base I am on is blessed with two gym facilities, and I will tell you they are loaded with some great equipment. Well it is my goal while here for the 6-8 months that I am, to lean up and muscle up. I currently work out 6 days a week. ( I have been here almost a month now) my workout goes as follows. Monday: Back,bi’s, and shoulders. Tuesday: chest, tri’s. Wednesday: Legs, abs. Thursday:Heavy shoulders. Friday: Heavy back. Saturday: Chest and arms. Sunday Rest. This is what I am doing until june then i am going to change it up, with more cardio, abs, and a diet change ( though it is hard to diet on military mess) any suggestions from the group would be appreciated thanks for looking and be safe out there.
