I’ve learnt a valuable lesson
On wednesday I was doing a back work out using manageable weight. The next day I felt achey etc..the usual thing but on friday i had a very strong pain in my left trap. My arm/back movement felt very stiff. This raised concern for me as I was worried that I might have seriously injured myself. Well today when I woke up the pain has decreased massively so I should be cool.I’m not going to work out for afew days untill its proper healed.Less weight and more sets for me next time I do a back workout!
