September 9, 2007Lately I’ve been busy with the hockey season and College starting… My weightlifting program hasn’t been going has great. I think I’ve even lost a bit of muscles, I hate it… But begining tomorrow I’ll be back in the gym 4 days a week. Shouldn’t take long before I gain back what I lost and get bigger then ever before. My main goal is to get 15′’ guns or bigger by Christmas.
