I weighed in at 210 lbs for the first time in a very long long time!!! Very excited and motivated. I hope everyone else is just as motivated if not more to get where they want to get to and accomplish their goals! New progress pics coming soon.

I am down to 211 lbs and feeling even stronger than before.

213 lbs!!!
I am now down to 213 lbs my body fat is decreasing and my physique is def changing! My strength is also increasing drastically!
